Well kids, Black Friday has officially begun. However, you don't have to run out in gravy-stained pants or your pajamas. There are plenty of good deals to be had online. We've been featuring some of them all week (see the links at the way bottom of this post). However, things are really starting to heat up, especially at TigerDirect.
The online retailer leaked some of its Black Friday sale prices to us, and we found quite a few goodies. We found HDTVs in a variety of sizes, with different features, from different manufacturers. We even found some other home theater items worth mentioning.
Please note: as of the wee hours on 11/23, the TigerDirect web site appears to be getting slammed so you may have to wait a while before you can get through to these deals. But keep your chin up - it beats braving the hordes at Walmart!

If you're looking for something a little larger (and cheaper), TigerDirect is selling the Vizio 50-inch E500AR 1080p LCD HDTV for just $499.99 shipped. This model doesn't have 3D effects or any streaming web services. However, it does offer a really big 1080p HD image at a really good discount. Also, if you need some of those bells and whistles, you can add in a Blu-ray player or a set-top box, via the set's three HDMI inputs and USB port. TigerDirect is offering so many great Black Friday deals, it's hard to catch all of them.
