Mission: Impossible began life as a popular TV series in 1966, running for a full seven seasons, with a reprise in the late 1980s but more recently the franchise has been given a reboot in a series of films produced by action superstar Tom Cruise.  Cruise also stars as agent Ethan Hunt of the IMF (Impossible Missions Force).  The fourth installment in the series - Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol - comes out this week on Blu-ray Disc.

Directed with a deft hand by Brad Bird (known for animated hits such as Ratatouille and The Incredibles), Ghost Protocol finds Ethan Hunt locked up in a Russian prison at the beginning of the film, and things go downhill for him from there.  With his very existence disavowed by his country and no support coming from home, Hunt and his ragtag team of agents may be all that stand between a fanatic scientist and nuclear Armageddon.

Featuring incredible stunts (performed by Cruise himself, naturally) and some amazing gadgets, the latest film in the series is sure to entertain fans of the series and newbies alike.
