Looking to buy something from Sonos? Check out your local Apple Store.
Sonos just announced plans to start selling some of its speakers at Apple Stores and Apple.com. "The easier we make it to fill your home with music, the more people will listen," read the company's statement.
Starting today, you can purchase Sonos products through Apple. However, not all of the company's products will be available at first. For now, you can only purchase the PLAY:1 and PLAY:5 through Apple.com. Starting October 5, those speakers will be available at actual Apple Stores.
Why should you buy from Apple versus Amazon -- or even Sonos.com? Well, if you buy Sonos products from Apple from now through December 31, you will score a free three-month Apple Music Gift Card. Apple Music first started streaming on Sonos speakers back in November 2015.
Also, if you go straight to the store, you'll be treated to a hands-on Sonos and Apple Music demo with the iPad Pro. Just make sure this setup is available in your local Apple Store. (It's only going to be in 140 of them.)
