It seems like a lot, but it's not -- at least not if you take advantage of Amazon's latest 3D TV deal. For a limited time, Amazon is offering two different LG 3D HDTV bundles. Buy the TV, and you'll get a free LG BX580 Blu-ray 3D player and not just one or two but four (4!) pairs of LG's 3D Active Shutter glasses. That's over $1,000 worth of freebies at list price!
With an MSRP of $299.99, the BX580 Blu-ray 3D player is being offered for free with both bundles. Featuring 3D playback and built-in Wi-Fi support, this player also allows viewers to access NetCast, LG's on-screen, on-demand content service. NetCast partners include Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, VUDU, Picasa, and more. (Some subscription or rental fees may apply).
One of the TVs eligible for this bundle is LG's 47LX6500. This 47-inch LED-lit HDTV boasts a 9,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, as well as LG's LED Plus technology, with local dimming for up to 16 addressable segments. Other features include a full 1080p HD image, TruMotion 240Hz technology, four HDMI inputs and two USB ports. For more information on this TV, as well as the bundle, check out:
The other HDTV package includes LG's 55LX6500. This LED TV has the exact same features as the 47LX6500, from the 3D right down to the HDMI inputs. The only difference is the screen size (55 inches) and the price of the package:
And as if all this weren't enough, Amazon is also offering a $200 credit toward the TiVo Premiere or Premiere XL HD DVRs with the purchase of any HDTV over 40 inches. Just put either the TiVo Premiere or Premiere XL into your cart and you'll see an additional credit of $200 pop up during checkout.
To get the sale prices, make sure you are buying directly from Amazon.com, and not one of their third-party merchants (it will say "Sold by Amazon.com" just below the pricing information). Also, don't pay attention to the mini cart on the side of the page; your total savings will be reflected during checkout. Act quickly, though; both offers expire at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on October 30, 2010 or when current stock runs out.
