Receiver deals are rampant over at Electronics Expo. The online retailer just announced sweet deals on two very sweet Yamaha receivers: The RX-V467BL and the RX-V567BL. Even better: should you decide to add 3D capabilities into your entertainment mix, both are ready to roll with HDMI 1.4 passthrough. This allows the receiver to decode the audio portion of the signal, and send along the 3D video signal to your display without hindering it.
First up is the RX-V467BL. Designed for 5.1-channel setups, this unit provides 525 watts of sound total (105 watts for each of the five channels). The receiver also has four HDMI 1.4 inputs and one output. All inputs support 3D features, as well as Audio Return Channel and HD Audio decoding (DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD), with CINEMA DSP, YPAO and SCENE.
Other features include HDMI CEC functionality and Deep Color support. Another very cool feature is that the RX-V467 has three volume features. Choose to normalize volume across your sources, to a preset level, or to a preset maximum.
If you have (or are putting together) a 7.1 channel setup, it would make sense to get the RX-V567. This receiver has many of the same features as the V467, but can belt out 630 watts of sound (90 watts to each of the seven channels).

Both units also provide plenty of add-on options. Add in the YDS-12 Universal Dock for iPod/iPhone, which is certified for use with any iPod or iPhone.
