The HDTV has features and performance up the wazoo: full 1080p resolution (1920x1080 pixels), 120 Hz processing for smoother reproduction of moving images, 27,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, a fast 4 microsecond panel response time and five 1080p-compatible inputs (three of which are HDMI). This is essentially the same TV as Sharp's LC-52SE94U LCD TV ($2999), but without the stand and speakers and that TV sports a black, rather than red, finish. While we could not find expert reviews of either set, the user reviews of the LC-52ES94U on CNET and elsewhere are uniformly positive.
