Polk Audio M10 Bookshelf Speaker: $69: Save $181

By Rachel Cericola

Ready to rock around the Christmas tree? It won't be a problem if you're surrounded by Polk speakers. Amazon.com is kicking off its Black Friday week of sales with Polk Audio's M10 bookshelf speakers for an enticing $69/pair - that's $181 below the list price of $249.99.

As far as we can tell, this isn't a limited time offer, but they have to run out of them sometime, right? Jump on this link to secure your speakers:

Aside from bragging rights, you'll enjoy Polk's high-effiency design, which means less amplifier power for more audio output. Polk worked with Johns Hopkins University on the Dynamic Balance Driver technology that drives these units. Promising three-dimensional and low distortion, the M10 can be wall-mounted with the included hardware or sit pretty on a table or shelf. Each one is magnetically shielded for easy placement around your TV or computer equipment.

Each speaker handles up to 100 Watts at 8 ohms, with 89 dB efficiency.  Frequency response extends all the way from 60 Hz to 24 Khz to make the most of those fancy new Blu-ray Discs and other high definition sources.

Considering the price, we think it's safe to say this speaker won't be spending the holidays alone - you can bring home a few pairs for a killer 5.1 or 7.1 channel system (don't forget to add a subwoofer). In case you're wondering what to play through them first, Amazon is also offering $5 worth of Amazon MP3 downloads when your order ships.
