Sometimes it pays to be lazy. Instead of running out to retail stores, we get good deals just by clicking around the web. Best Buy has a great one today -- and it looks like it's only available online.

The retailer is bundling Panasonic's 42-inch TC-L42U12 1080p LCD HDTV with the SC-BT200 7.1 home theater system, which includes a Blu-ray player, receiver with integrated iPod doc and 7 speakers.

Here is the link:

The VIERA TC-L42U12 is a Best Buy exclusive, with a 1080p display and a slick 5-inch deep enclosure. When you are sick of watching TV (perish the thought!), you can pop an SD memory card into the built-in slot and watching family photos -- with options for three types of background music and four display effects. Other features include a 15,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, VIERA Link support, and three HDMI inputs.

The TV also has built-in speakers, but who cares? This package provides 7.1 surround sound, via Panasonic's SC-BT200 home theater system. It was rated "excellent" overall by our very own Chris Chiarella, and it's easy to see why.  Aside from seven speakers, the setup includes a 125-watt subwoofer for a total of 1,000 watts of sound. It also has its own web-enabled Blu-ray player, complete with YouTube access and Amazon Video-on-Demand, as well as a universal iPod dock, SD card slot, and support for both VIERA Link and VIERA Cast.

According to the ad, there's no in-store pickup, so start clicking!
