We're use to seeing Monster crank out all sorts of cables and headphones. However, they do make plenty of other accessories as well. The company recently added another entry into that lengthy category, known as Monster SuperThin Flatscreen Mounts.
Monster SuperThin Flatscreen Mounts will include a total of three lines, in order to cover small, medium, large, and extra-large flat-screen TVs, ranging from 10 to 104 inches. That lineup includes Monster Premium, Monster Elite and the new Monster Desktop Model.
Each one boasts a clean install and an ultra-low profile that extends less than one inch from the wall. All three lines also have a safety-locking feature to secure that TV screen in its proper place.
Starting at $129, the Monster MDAS1 Desktop Model can put a flat-screen TV in your office, right on your desk. It has an all-aluminum articulating arm and can tilt the display to a comfortable viewing angle, up to 360 degrees. Designed for displays ranging from 10 to 32 inches and up to 20 pounds, the MDAS1 also has adjustments for different display weights and the option for additional arms that can support up to four separate monitors.
Featuring support for VESA patterns 75x75 and 100x100, the MDAS1 can match your decor as well as your display. That's because it's available in silver, candy apple red, and a light gray/white.
The Monster Premium lineup offers "premium" features at an affordable price. Starting at $39.95, the Premium collection includes 10 models to support TVs that are 10 to 84 inches and up to 130 pounds. These mounts can deliver a tilt range from 0 to 12 degrees, with support for VESA patterns from 200x200 to 800x400 and Monster's TouchTilt one-touch tilt mechanism.
The last in the new SuperThin Flatscreen lineup is the Monster Elite. With prices starting at $69.95, the Monster Elite line has seven high-end options. Each one is light, with an aluminum extrusion construction. These specially designed articulating mounts can accommodate screens ranging from 10 to 100 inches, up to 150 pounds. All seven support VESA patterns from 200x200 to 800x400, with tilt features up to 15 degrees and a ±90-degree swivel when extended. Also worth noting is that the Monster Elite Ultra Slim Articulating Mount can extend from a mere 1.9 inches (when fully collapsed) to 19.1 inches from the wall for the best possible viewing experience.
All Monster SuperThin Flatscreen Mounts are designed for the do-it-yourself and come with all of the necessary hardware, as well as a bonus level, stud finder and wall template. Of course, each one has its own instructional manual, but Monster also has installation videos and detailed manuals available online.
