'Tis the season for great deals on TVs. But don't settle for a no-name brand when you can get a good deal on a high quality set from Samsung. On Thanskgiving/Black Friday weekend, Best Buy is offering Samsung's 55-inch UN55FH6003 LED/LCD 1080p HDTV for under $700 including free delivery. Here's the link:
Although it's lacking Smart TV features or 3D capabilities, the FH6003 series does offer full HD 1080p resolution as well as 120 Hz refresh rate for clear reproduction of moving images. You can always add on a Roku, Apple TV or streaming Blu-ray player via one of the set's two HDMI inputs to enjoy streaming via Netflix, Amazon VOD, Hulu+ or other streaming services.
In addtion to the dual HDMI inputs, you'll find component and composite video/audio inputs for connection of a game console or cable or satellite set top box as well as a coax antenna input in case you want to tune in your local HD channels for free.
