Getting ready to fight to the death tomorrow? You can bet some people are going to be ready to battle -- and not just for a good deal. Some people just want to make sure they can secure one of this year's hot holiday gifts. One of those items will definitely be the Nintendo Wii U.
Announced back in September, the Wii U combines a portable-style controller with a home console. It's sort of like having the Wii and a DS in one!
The Wii U started selling just a few days ago and it's already out of stock pretty much everywhere. Instead of trying to score one of the few devices left, click on over to GameStop. Apparently, the retailer is taking orders on the console, for just $299.99. The device is backordered right now, but they are promising more devices are on their way and should be ready to ship soon. GameStop also has a few Wii U accessories and plenty of game titles, including New Super Mario Bros. U, ZombiU, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and much more. Take a peek at everything available for the Wii U today at GameStop:
The Basic Set includes everything you need for Wii U gameplay. It has the Wii U console (in white), the Wii U GamePad, the stylus, the sensor bar, adapters for the console and the GamePad, and an HDMI cable. It also has 8GB of storage, for when you start downloading all of those web-based goodies.
That Wii U GamePad controller is also very cool. Just as the Wii changed the way we game, this setup and controller is sure to be a trailblazer as well. Besides adding in all sorts of cool gaming functions, this portable device features touchscreen functionality for finding and watching video. It can even double as a remote control!

Just remember that the Wii U is in short supply at GameStop, so you'd better buy this one as soon as you can. Good luck!
