To date, the cheapest that we've seen this HDTV is $499, so this is a very nice price. It's also a very nice HDTV, with passive 3D technology. That means that you won't get a full 1080p image in 3D, since passive splits the resolution to each eye. However, it does have a bright image and a comfy viewing experience, thanks to those battery-free glasses. Speaking of which: This deal comes with two pairs of those 3D glasses, so you can test out the goods right out of the box.
Other features include a full 1080p image in 2D, three HDMI ports, and built-in WiFi. That easy connectivity could be a very good thing, too, since this TV includes VIZIO Internet Apps. That web-based platform provides on-screen access to Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, VUDU, Pandora, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, and more.
