Action has-beens Sylvester Stallone and Renny Harlin seem to think they can make the fiery and frequent car crashes of auto racing more exciting by making them less frequent and more computer-generated. Along the way, Stallone mumbles his lines into incomprehension and Harlin tarts up the screen with so many jump cuts that you'll long for ESPN's single-camera coverage.
