3D TV is expected to make a big splash this weekend at retail stores across the country. Through an effort by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and ESPN, a handful of consumer electronics chains will have access to live and pre-recorded demos between Friday, September 10 and Sunday, September 12.
The event is being called National 3D Demo Days powered by CEA and ESPN. Retailers including Best Buy, CompUSA, Fry's Home Electronics, Sam's Club, Sears and additional independent specialty retailers nationwide will host special events, promotions and demonstrations.
